Terms of Service

WatchTower provides tools for website and API monitoring, SSL checks, incident tracking, notification delivery, public status pages, and subscription-based access to platform features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, controlling access to your workspace, and ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date. You must not share access in a way that violates your subscription or applicable law.

You agree not to use WatchTower to:

• perform unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
• monitor targets you are not authorized to test or observe;
• interfere with the platform, evade limits, or bypass security controls;
• upload malicious content or use status pages for spam, phishing, or deception;
• attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or other customer workspaces.

You retain responsibility for monitored endpoints, incident content, public status page content, contact lists, and any other data you submit to WatchTower. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that data with the service.

We work to keep WatchTower reliable, but uptime, response times, notification delivery, and third-party integrations cannot be guaranteed without interruption. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing interval presented at checkout. Payment processing and invoicing are handled through Stripe or another designated payment provider. You are responsible for applicable taxes, valid billing details, and timely payment.

Plan limits such as monitor counts, status pages, and other quotas may be enforced automatically.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay for paid services, create security risk, or use the platform in a way that harms WatchTower, its users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.

WatchTower, including its software, branding, interfaces, and documentation, remains our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

WatchTower is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchTower will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Your use of WatchTower is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal and service-related data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WatchTower after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
